Mulcher Warranty Registration Form

This Warranty Registration Form must be completed and returned to BFP 60 days from installation or testing. Failure to submit this form can invalidate the conditions of the BFP warranty on this Attachment.

All of the following information must be completed by the Dealer. BFP will not register the unit if incomplete.

Information taken by connecting a Flow-meter to the circuit that will operate the attachment.
